Keep your courier accounts together

Save a courier connection for each company and check that the account is reachable. The supported connections are:

  • Econt — connect your direct Econt account.
  • Speedy — connect your direct Speedy account.
  • Sendcloud — connect your European shipping account. The carriers available to you depend on your Sendcloud agreement and shipping country.

Sameday Bulgaria and easybox

Connect your Sameday Bulgaria account for address and easybox delivery preferences. Use the credentials issued for your production or test account.

  • Sameday Bulgaria — save and verify the account used for your Bulgarian deliveries.
  • easybox — enter the locker ID with a compatible Sameday service when booking the parcel from Orders.

International express connections

Keep your international carrier credentials with the company that ships the goods.

  • DHL Express — connect your MyDHL API account, with separate test and production environments.
  • FedEx — connect with the client ID and secret issued for your FedEx API project.
  • UPS — connect with your UPS application client ID and secret.
  • A successful connection check verifies API access. Rates, labels and customs documents are still handled through your carrier’s shipping tools.

One account for a wider carrier network

Use your existing logistics account to organize access to multiple carriers. Available couriers, countries and services depend on your provider agreement.

  • Sendcloud — connect using a public and secret API key.
  • euShipments / InOut — connect using your euShipments API token for its logistics network.
  • MetaKocka — connect using your company ID and secret key.
  • Cargoson — connect using your API token for the carrier services enabled on your account.

These options are listed for planning. Connection setup is not available until the provider documentation and account requirements are confirmed.

  • CVC / City Express — awaiting partner API documentation.
  • Bulgarian Posts (Български пощи) — awaiting partner API documentation.
  • Shiplo — awaiting partner API documentation.
  • TNT legacy accounts — require separate carrier confirmation; a FedEx API connection does not verify an existing TNT account.

Make delivery choices clear at checkout

Your e-shop can offer fixed-price delivery and collection without needing a live courier quote. Set the fee and instructions so customers know what to expect.

  • Fixed-price delivery — choose the amount, currency and countries where the option is available.
  • Collection — offer pickup with your own instructions and a configured fee, including free collection.
  • Cash on delivery — enable it for delivery methods that can be used with that payment option.

Save the details your team uses every day

Keep sender details and delivery preferences with the right company, so your team has a clear starting point when preparing an order.

  • Save the sender’s name, phone number and address.
  • Record address, office or locker delivery preferences, plus cash-on-delivery and insurance preferences where the courier supports them.
  • Review connection status after changing an account’s settings.

From the order to the customer

Open Courier shipments on an order to book domestic Bulgarian deliveries with Econt, Speedy or Sameday, using the saved customer and sender details.

  • Follow picking, packing and dispatch through the warehouse and sales workflow.
  • Create bookings, download PDF labels, refresh tracking and book linked return shipments directly from Orders. Request address pickup with Econt or Speedy; arrange Sameday collection times with the courier.
  • Courier availability and charges depend on your contract. Automatic quotes and shipment execution for the other carriers and aggregators remain in their own tools.
