Register the correct device
The company workspace supports device registration for Datecs, Tremol, and Daisy. Select the exact supported model and record its physical identifiers as part of setup.

Pair a local installation
An administrator creates a short-lived, one-time pairing code for the matching Windows or Linux installer. Re-pairing revokes the previous device agent.

Check the connection
See whether the agent is paired and when it last sent a heartbeat. This provides a starting point when checking whether a device installation is communicating.

Review diagnostic events
Open recent device logs to investigate pairing, job handling, adapter commands, heartbeat errors, and results. Diagnostic access follows the company and user’s permissions.
