Sales & Purchasing

Connect customer orders and supplier deliveries to warehouse work.

Prepare sales and purchase orders, control prices, reserve stock, and follow picking and receiving through to completion.

We can calculate a price after you send more details.

01

Clear workflows for buying and selling

Separate Buy and Sell actions open the right form for the job. Purchases use supplier details, product costs, and a receiving company. Sales use customer details, sale prices, and stock allocation.

02

Build orders from your product catalog

Choose products with their SKU, barcode, unit, quantity, and price. Each order keeps the product details used at the time it was prepared, and catalog price overrides require explicit permission.

03

See what happens after confirmation

Sales confirmation creates fulfillment work; purchase confirmation creates receiving work. Expand an order to see readable source bins, staging destinations, and the location-change timeline for its products.

04

Handle partial work and cancellations

Warehouse staff can pick selected lines and record partial quantities. Cancelling a sales order also updates its linked fulfillment work and releases remaining reservations, keeping the commercial and warehouse records aligned.

How it works in practice

  1. 1

Choose Buy or Sell and prepare the appropriate order.

  2. 2

Confirm it to start receiving or stock allocation.

  3. 3

Follow warehouse progress and complete or cancel the linked work.
